Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Specialist to provide exceptional care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and errands, as well as dispensing medication and providing companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Conduct light housekeeping activities
  • Dispense medication
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with errands and shopping
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to lift heavy objects
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude

The ideal candidate will have a patient and caring approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. CHARRM Home Care offers a competitive salary, estimated at $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
