Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Specialist to join our hemodialysis team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing dialysis procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in renal care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN).
  • Current State licensure and certification as a LPN/LVN.
  • One year medical-surgical nursing experience, preferably in a hemodialysis setting.
