Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Avodah Home Care LlC.
Job Summary:This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors and people with disabilities. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support services to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Pprepare meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping activities
- Remind clients of medication
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour (estimated based on location and experience)
