Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide supportive services to seniors and people with disabilities in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring and ambulating
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Dispense medication according to clients' needs
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to client care
