  • Provide constructive feedback regarding any activities that may impact the safety or comfort of other residents.
  • Maintain an inventory of housing supplies, including cleaning materials and household items.
  • Participate in staff meetings to contribute to program development and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with residents to foster community engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse population and promote positive interactions among staff and residents.
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures, and participate in community outreach and staff development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a commitment to sobriety. Current residency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recovery community resources and services is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required for those driving company vehicles or personal vehicles for work purposes.

Join our team and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your well-being and financial security. We offer a high-deductible health plan with no premium costs, a Health Savings Account with generous seed money, and additional dental and vision coverage. Employees can also participate in a 403b retirement plan with matching contributions, life insurance, and various time-off benefits.
