- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services, including group sessions and individual sessions.
- Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their recovery.
- Education and Guidance: Provide education and guidance on the 8 dimensions of wellness, helping clients develop healthy habits and coping mechanisms.
- Transportation and Logistics: Provide transportation for clients as needed, ensuring their safe and timely arrival at treatment sessions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the clinical team to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure seamless communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; CDCA, CDCA II Certifications required; CPR/First Aid, AED, BLS, or ALS Certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatments and 12 Step Programs.
