Team Recovery Ohio LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our clinical team. As a Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective groups for clients with Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate treatment groups to promote client engagement and progress.
  • Document all services, including group sessions and individual sessions, in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Empower clients to make healthy choices and provide support throughout the recovery process.
  • Provide education and guidance on the 8 dimensions of wellness.
  • Transport clients as needed, utilizing company vehicles.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans and treatment goals.
  • Communicate with representatives from the criminal justice system to ensure compliance with legal proceedings.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR/First Aid, AED, BLS, or ALS Certifications.
  • CDCA, CDCA II Certifications.
  • CPRS, QMHS, and CPI Certifications.
