Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Supervise and Mentor Staff: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to our team of behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct Clinical Case Reviews: Participate in regular clinical case reviews to ensure that our treatment plans are effective and that our clients are making progress towards their goals.
- Lead Treatment Philosophy Implementation: Lead the implementation of our treatment philosophy in the field, ensuring that our staff are equipped to deliver evidence-based practices that meet the needs of our clients.
- Monitor Client Progress: Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop Progress Reports: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive progress reports that detail client achievement and progress towards their goals.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments: Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop effective interventions.
- Supervise, Educate, and Modify Treatment Plans: Provide supervision, education, and treatment plan modification as needed to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Related Field: Possess a master's degree in a relevant field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience Working with Autistic Individuals: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals and developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
- BCBA Certification or Qualified Licensed Healthcare Professional Status: Be certified as a BCBA or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
