### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Comprehensive Autism Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing ABA-based intervention for preschool-aged children. Our center-based treatment model allows our BCBAs to focus on client care and collaboration with colleagues, rather than on-the-road responsibilities.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
* Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
* Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
* Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.

### Qualifications:

* Professional certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* Experience in parent training, data collection, and goal development.
