About the Role

As a BCBA Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for developing individual intervention plans, providing support and supervision to behavior technicians, and leading the application of treatment philosophy in the field. Your expertise will be essential in continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client
  • Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor
  • Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors
  • Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Develop progress reports detailing client achievement
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Conduct supervision, parent education, and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases' authorized treatment hours
  • Responds to family/client/staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans
