Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Listening: Engage with customers to understand and address their needs, concerns, or inquiries.
  • Prompt Responses: Accurately and promptly respond to customer inquiries, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and inquiries.
  • Utilization of Tools: Appropriately use software, databases, call scripts, and other tools to provide efficient and effective support.
  • Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent and consistent customer service.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
  • Team Collaboration: Build lasting relationships with call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Escalation: Immediately escalate any concerns to the appropriate management team member.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A committed and diligent approach to work.
  • Desire for Advancement: Ambition to grow and advance within the company.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Health Insurance Knowledge: Knowledge of health insurance is a bonus but not required, as we provide training.
