* Evaluate student files thoroughly, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies that may impact financial aid eligibility.
* Package students for financial aid, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
* Collaborate with colleagues and the Associate Director to provide seamless financial aid services.
* Stay up-to-date on current regulations and policies governing the US Department of Education, Park University, and other relevant agencies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including SFS systems.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to customer service and student success.
