Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of life insurance agents and provide guidance on sales strategies and customer service best practices.

  • Manage and develop a team of life insurance agents, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Valid driver's license.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly first year.
