Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dermatology Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders through various communication channels.
  • Schedule patient appointments for multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, transferring calls to the appropriate department and taking detailed information to relay to the recipient.
  • Complete call reports and logs, researching billing issues and resolving customer complaints.
  • Assist providers with the Virtual Medical Assistant system and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of call center experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Fluency in computer systems and software packages, with the ability to learn new systems.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $15.00-$17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • A 2-3 week training period, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth and development.
