About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, providing product information and recommendations to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions
