Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized recommendations.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solutions.
- Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating measurements, and providing expert advice to ensure a perfect fit.
- Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
