Solutions Consultant

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our Retail Expansion organization. As a key member of our team, you will be based in Denton, TX, and will play a critical role in building our retail customer base through high-quality, proactive internal and external sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and PNC's capabilities to educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
