Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Housekeeping Manager will play a key role in overseeing the housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and allocate room cleaning tasks to guarantee adequate coverage.
  • Provide training to staff and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned rooms, suites, and common areas to confirm that all furnishings, linens, and facilities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Guide employees on areas needing improvement and instruct them on proper procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries and special requests, taking appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Alert management when inventory levels for supplies and equipment are low.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be capable of following verbal instructions and completing tasks within set timelines.
