Position Summary
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to enhance our body shop network in the Southwest US, specifically targeting Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
- Craft and implement effective strategies to engage potential shop partners and convey our unique value proposition.
- Build and nurture relationships with Vendor Partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive sales growth.
- Facilitate contract discussions between CSN and shop proprietors.
- Utilize market share analysis and territory management skills to optimize performance.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Oversee the sales process within the region, ensuring smooth onboarding, contract renewals, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the executive team to strategize and exceed annual sales objectives.
- Enhance brand visibility by participating in relevant events and activities.
- Engage actively within the industry to foster relationships with key organizational leaders.
- Become proficient in our reporting tools to generate detailed insights.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the collision repair sector or a related field.
- Experience in the Auto Body, Automotive, or Collision Industry is advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to headquarters, requiring a valid passport.
- Commitment to ongoing education in business strategy, leadership, and sales techniques.

Work Environment and Requirements

- Travel up to 50% is necessary for meetings with potential partners and attendance at industry events, including flights and overnight stays.
- Daily travel will primarily involve driving to various shop locations.
