About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Division Environmental Manager to join our team at Lennar. As a key member of our environmental team, you will be responsible for assisting division associates with state OSHA standards and the implementation of the Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS). Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainability in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist division associates with state OSHA standards and LEMS implementation
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainability in our communities
  • Interact with Regional Environmental Manager, Director of Construction, regulatory agencies, and division associates

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in the homebuilding industry
  • Minimum of five years in construction, environmental management, and/or engineering
  • Specialized training, knowledge, and experience in environmental management rules and regulations
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in construction technology, industrial hygiene, or related field experience
  • College degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

This is a primarily sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in a confined office space. You will also need to read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move items less than 50 pounds.
