Environmental Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at NUCORE Environmental Services, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing email and phone communications with customers, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service. This role requires strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail, as well as experience with invoicing and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:- Manage Email and Phone Communications: Ensure timely responses and high-quality service to customers.
- Assist Operations Manager: With invoicing, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of invoices.
- Maintain Transportation and Operational Logs: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule Pickups and Deliveries: Coordinate routes and timelines efficiently.
- General Administrative Support: Provide support to the operations team as needed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Invoicing: Experience with invoicing and record-keeping is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required.
