Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement and Automation Lead to join our Digital Modernization team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and automation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
  • Provide training and support to team members on process improvement and automation best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with process improvement initiatives and process automation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with federal organizations and interacting with senior civilian and military personnel
  • Ability to develop and present information/decision briefings to senior Government leaders
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
