Our Services

We offer two main services: Funnel Conversion and Full Service. Funnel Conversion involves leveraging our inside sales and recruiting teams to contact and convert prospects, while Full Service combines our top-of-funnel marketing strategies with our inside sales, recruiting, systems, and analytics teams to provide our clients with new customers and workers.

About the Inside Sales Team

We believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same, focusing on the fundamentals of sales rather than a script. Our sales team is able to navigate through any part of the conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.

The Role

  • This is a high-volume role where you will provide inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects.
  • You will meet daily and monthly customer contact goals.
  • You will consistently close warm sales after identifying customer needs and providing the appropriate product and service recommendations.
  • You will collaborate with other representatives and teams across the company to improve the process, products, and organization while driving sales and conversion.
  • You will participate in weekly trainings, 1:1's, and company-wide meetings to develop and grow.
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday. 8:45am - 5:30pm Central Time.
  • After completing your training period, you'll enjoy work from home options.

  • Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
  • You are a recent college graduate looking for your first corporate role or a part-time student who wants/is able to prioritize work while also going to school.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Paid training - You'll earn a guaranteed annualized salary of $45,000 during your first 6 weeks.
  • After training you'll earn a combination of base salary + commission.
  • The more leads you convert, the higher your commission compensation.
  • Targeted annual earnings of $45,000 - $70,000.
