Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team at Lost Pines Toyota. As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for receiving incoming service calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our service consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound service phone calls and leads
  • Identifying client needs and scheduling appointments
  • Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads
  • Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
  • Mailing marketing letters to provided leads
  • Following up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
