About the Role

Fearless is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Ops team. As a key member of our HR group, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding process, benefits management, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new team members, including running background checks, assigning and auditing onboarding documents, and scheduling new hire training.
  • Assist with benefit and leave management, including benefit enrollment, leave eligibility and processing, and communicating payroll changes.
  • Independently execute and implement HR activities, including benefits management, leave, performance enablement, and end-of-year processes.
  • Proactively manage logistics and needs in support of the HR team.
  • Deliver a high degree of team member confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience with onboarding and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Skilled in identifying inefficiencies, problem-solving, and providing solutions to team members.
  • Ability to manage and effectively prioritize workload in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
