Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with multiple ERP systems to facilitate reporting processes.
- Adhere to strict quarterly deadlines to deliver top-tier SEC reporting, ensuring both timeliness and quality.
- Prepare cash flow statements at both the business segment and consolidated levels.

Support for Finance Team:
- Provide analysis and resolve issues, offering solution recommendations and training for month-end consolidations.
- Manage and uphold the integrity of the global OneStream account reconciliation program, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Maintain and update reports and procedures to guarantee accurate data entry into OneStream.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials for both new and existing OneStream users.

Technical Support:
- Support the OneStream Administrator with the maintenance of application metadata, including the setup of new dimension members and entity hierarchies.
- Participate in system testing and validate outcomes during upgrades and patches across development, testing, and production environments.
- Adapt to occasional changes in reporting structures, accounting policies, and financial data requirements.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial consolidation and month-end closing processes.
- Familiarity with GAAP, SEC regulations, ASC/FASB, and technical accounting standards is advantageous.
- Strong financial, analytical, and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with OneStream or similar EPM software is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
