Job Overview

Our real estate organization is in search of a dedicated transaction coordinator who will proficiently support our esteemed clients throughout the entire process from contract signing to closing. This role involves ensuring that home inspections are organized, assisting with necessary escrow documentation, scheduling inspection appointments and repairs, and confirming that offers and counteroffers are duly accepted.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about assisting others and are eager to learn how to enhance our operational efficiency.

Compensation:

$14 - $17 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee transaction agreements from both buyers and sellers to ensure timely completion of deals.
  • Facilitate the approval of buyer offers and counteroffers by the seller to maintain a seamless real estate transaction process.
  • Input client data into the database, monitor transaction progress, and submit all required documentation to the office broker for compliance.
  • Coordinate and participate in events related to the closing process, including moving schedules.
  • Assist real estate agents, clients, and other parties with documentation and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in transaction management, coordination, real estate, title services, or mortgage processes is highly regarded.
  • Must be a licensed realtor or actively pursuing a real estate license.
  • A high school diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the client experience is necessary.
