Job Title: Weekday Soccer Site Commissioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as our Weekday Soccer Site Commissioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our weekday soccer leagues at the designated school location.

Responsibilities:
  • Venue Preparation: Oversee the preparation of the venue space for incoming leagues, including setting up equipment, field lights, shirts, check-in stations, and name tags.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment, noting any damages and reporting to the market's equipment lead.
  • Field Setup and Takedown: Set up and take down fields, gather equipment, and lock storage sheds and goals.
  • Player Check-in: Check in players using the host app.
  • On-Field Supervision: Supervise on-field hosts and referees as needed.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Staff Support: Support trainings for part-time hosts and internal referees.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit, mentor, and ensure quality staff and product.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote sponsor bars, events, and upcoming leagues via on-field selling.
  • Brand Activations: Help distribute marketing materials and assist with any brand activations.
  • Fundraising: Execute fundraising activities for kids' foundation with the support of league hosts.
  • Quality Experience: Encourage and maintain a quality experience throughout the league.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available Monday from 5:15pm - 10:00pm and Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30pm - 10:00pm.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Equivalency, 21 years of age or older.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, ability to work in varying weather conditions, work well in a team atmosphere, ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure, ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds, possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly.
