Job Overview

At World Insurance Associates, we're seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Benefits team, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients build a capital-efficient and employee-centric program designed to mitigate their unique exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solicit new business opportunities for the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Utilize data and forensic underwriting to drive superior financial outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to clients.
  • Develop and implement custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage and round out accounts for existing clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier.
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage excellent listening skills and strong customer focus.
  • Experience using Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of interaction with colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem solve with minimal assistance.
