Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our SMB advertising products in North America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, Marketing Sciences, and Strategy, to ensure seamless execution of the strategy.
  • Partner with field teams to understand performance pain points and develop product and activation-based solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the market, synthesizing market insights to inform product development and global product marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and summarize product gaps and pain points to recommend product enhancements.
  • Adapt regional product initiatives for SMB clients, prioritizing scale, platform-based, and low-touch solutions.
  • Manage growth at scale for a range of products in market, overseeing launches and implementing activations to drive product adoption.
  • Build robust processes, systems, tools, and workflow optimization to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or above with 5+ years' experience in product marketing, preferably in the AdTech industry.
  • Understanding of commercial-related business models, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience working with product teams and influencing the product roadmap with advertising products.
  • Experience driving end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for advertising products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking, able to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretch performance goals.
  • Experience leveraging data to test hypotheses and drive business recommendations.
