Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in North America. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in North America.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to drive growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Commercial Agreements: Negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements with customers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
