Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our team at Jason Street - Allegiance Insurance. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to new and existing clients across various insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop insurance prospects through prospecting and lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects.
- Educate clients on coverage options and assist with policy applications.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure coverage adequacy and provide ongoing support.
- Assist with policy changes and renewal processes to ensure seamless client experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- College education or equivalent insurance experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health License.
- Proficiency in insurance products and industry operations.
- Ability to generate new business and retain existing clients.
- Comfortable with computer programs and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
- Skills in AMS360 management software a plus.
