D&D Garage Doors is the largest garage door company in Florida, with 15 locations throughout the state and over 31 years of experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Call Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service calls and installations for our technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule residential service calls and installations for technicians
- Answer phone calls and take incoming requests for scheduling
- Enter new installs/service calls into Southware/Traverse scheduling board
- Monitor scheduling board and make appropriate changes as required during the business day
- Assemble install orders for techs two days out and service calls as needed
- Review previous day's work, reschedule as required
- Replenish Tech stock used from the previous day
- Track techs on GPS systems and compare to daily paperwork to assure accuracy
- Perform any other tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
- Advanced phone and computer skills
- Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and Outlook used daily
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and use hands to operate telephones, type, and operate computers and mouse
- Frequent talking, hearing, bending, and twisting neck; occasional lifting and moving up to 20 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with supervisors and peers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
