Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. As the first point of contact for our clients and internal staff, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operation of the management office, ensuring seamless administrative functions and adherence to established Company procedures.
  • Perform administrative assistant duties, including record keeping, filing, mail collection and distribution, word processing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain, update, and coordinate account information in our computer database, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and track important dates, meetings, and events, such as turnover, annual, and budget meetings.
  • Ensure timely response to emails, phone calls, and messages, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
