We are seeking a skilled Service Coordination Manager to join our team at Amtec Enterprise in Naples, FL. As a key member of our customer service function, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.

Job Summary:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related experience in customer service or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of customer service administration policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services, including order entry, shipping, and accounting.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence.
  3. Participate in continuous improvement activities, recommending cost reduction suggestions and ways to improve service quality.
  4. Monitor delivery status and provide status reports to customers, gathering data and researching outstanding shipments as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, marketing) required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
