As a member of the Nave Newell team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the field.


We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Manager with a solid background in the design of residential and commercial subdivisions and land developments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Site layout and land development planning
  • Commercial and residential project planning
  • Design of grading and utility systems
  • Erosion and sedimentation control strategies
  • Environmental permitting processes, including NPDES compliance
  • Design of sanitary and stormwater piping systems
  • Horizontal and vertical roadway alignment
  • Stormwater management solutions
  • Floodplain modeling and hydraulic analysis


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant engineering design experience
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineering license is mandatory
  • Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D Styles and surfaces is a plus
  • Experience in site layout, grading, and profiling is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with HEC-RAS is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Effective presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams
