Customer Experience Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Operations Lead to join our team at Amazon. As a CXO Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at our Locker+ retail locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of customer service operations.
- Identify and communicate barriers and trends that contribute to the customer and associate experience.
- Work with a manager to maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the site.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Are 18 years of age or older.
