Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management Skills: You should have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues to stakeholders.
