Educational Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing effective risk management strategies.

The Compliance Associate Director will be responsible for monitoring compliance standards, overseeing adherence to regulations, and leading quality improvement projects to establish our organization as a best practice setting for substance abuse treatment services.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing, assessment, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to generate comprehensive reports and provide training to staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assuring compliance with established record-keeping standards
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulations
  • Performing regular audits and developing a company-wide tracking system
  • Partnering with the internal Compliance Department
  • Aligning with governing bodies and regulatory agencies

The Compliance Associate Director will also be responsible for:

  • Developing forms and procedures to track and compile information
  • Applying appropriate data analysis techniques to maintain tracking statistics
  • Monitoring and notifying the program of new developments in the field of substance abuse and mental health treatment
  • Recommending new policies and assisting in revising existing policies/procedures for compliance with all applicable laws and standards

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or Business, with a minimum of five years of experience working in the mental health and substance use field.

Experience in conducting risk management analysis and reviews, as well as knowledge of CARF, DHHS, DOHMH, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations, is highly preferred.

The Compliance Associate Director will be a key member of our team, working closely with staff and management to ensure compliance and risk management excellence.
