Call Center Specialist Opportunity

Premium Health Center is seeking a skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and verify medical insurance information
  • Create referrals and respond to patient medical questions
  • Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
