We are collaborating with LHH Recruitment Solutions to identify the ideal candidate. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in managing the accounts payable email correspondence.
  • Facilitate check requests and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained prior to processing.
  • Coordinate with staff regarding timelines and document collection for monthly invoicing, credit card reconciliations, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare check logs and organize checks for signatures.
  • Support the preparation of backup documentation for monthly billing, monitoring, and audits.
  • Create invoices for fundraising activities and generate reports for reconciliation.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn additional software as needed.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in clerical, administrative, accounting, or customer service roles (recent graduates with relevant degrees are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00, depending on experience. Our associates enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Additional benefits such as paid sick leave and holiday pay may also be available.
