Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Account Executive to join our team. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Prospect for new customers and achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within the assigned territory
  • Work with Account Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely submission of sales orders, contracts, and billing forms
  • Hand off customer service and non-sales related client inquiries to the Customer Service department

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Knowledge of communications technologies and services
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model
  • Business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets
