Revenue Cycle Training Specialist

Centerprise is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our billing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and evolving training programs.
- Develop and maintain a revenue cycle training and evaluation process to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of training programs with our electronic medical records system.
- Conduct routine quality reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain policy and procedures for the revenue cycle team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, with a focus on training and development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic medical records systems and practice management software.
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
