The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the MAS Medical Staffing team, responsible for acquiring top talent to drive business growth. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to determine their skills and fit for the role.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new employee.
  • Meet department goals and metrics related to calls, screens, and hires.
  • Contribute to team discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting experience and high school diploma.
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
