- Meet department goals and metrics related to calls, screens, and hires.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting experience and high school diploma.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
