Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual with 2-4 years of experience in video production within a creative agency or advertising/marketing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong video editing skills, excellent time management abilities, and a keen understanding of client requirements.

The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, eager to learn, and capable of contributing effectively within a team. They will be focused on developing innovative solutions that enhance the reach and impact of our clients' messages.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a meticulous eye for detail and a strong aptitude for visual storytelling.
  • Edit and compile raw footage into engaging video content suitable for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to grasp project scope and objectives.
  • Utilize motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enrich video narratives.
  • Stay informed about visual trends, technological advancements, and cultural nuances in video editing.
  • Work collaboratively and harmoniously with team members on daily assignments.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client vision and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in video editing at a creative agency, in-house marketing/advertising agency, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
  • Sound judgment and creativity to propose recommendations for video content.
  • Strong understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently manage projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with essential digital tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Slack, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Asana.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $57,000 - $87,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
