Role Overview:
As an integral part of our creative team, you will serve as the in-house videographer and photographer, significantly influencing the visual narrative of our cutting-edge products, particularly in the HDD domain. Your work will help bridge connections between businesses and communities, often in ways that resonate on a personal level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce compelling video and photographic content that resonates with a diverse global audience while honoring local cultures and consumer behaviors.
  • Content Management: Edit and curate a comprehensive library of visual assets for marketing and cross-functional teams, ensuring universal appeal with local adaptability.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside subject matter experts and project teams to plan and execute high-quality productions, optimizing all technical aspects for superior results.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize a variety of equipment, including cameras and drones, to capture both staged and spontaneous scenes, enhancing your work with advanced editing techniques.
  • Project Coordination: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and audiences, ensuring alignment with the intended messaging.
  • Cultural Research: Conduct thorough research to grasp the cultural contexts of target audiences, ensuring all visual content is engaging and appropriate.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel as needed to capture authentic local content, demonstrating respect for diverse cultural settings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in professional video and photography.
  • Bachelor's degree in Video and Photo Production or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of video production equipment and artistic techniques.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
