Content Focus: We are particularly interested in two primary video formats:

  • Educational Explainers: Videos that clarify significant topics for our audience. This could involve dissecting current news events, elucidating key policies or corporate misdeeds, or providing analysis on relevant subjects through the lens of economic justice. We aim for content that equips viewers with essential facts, context, and insights.
  • Personal Worker Narratives: Videos that share your individual viewpoint on issues affecting workers. This may include documenting challenges faced in your profession, detailing exploitative business practices you've encountered, or promoting awareness about ongoing union initiatives.

Preferred Formats: We are mainly looking for vertical videos (approximately 1 to 3 minutes long) suitable for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, featuring you speaking directly to the camera. However, we also welcome submissions from creators who specialize in longer formats for platforms such as YouTube, as well as those who typically utilize graphics, voiceovers, and other creative techniques.

Compensation Structure: For short-form vertical videos (ideal for TikTok, Reels, etc.), we offer a payment of $600 per video. For other video formats, we encourage a discussion to better understand your creative vision.
