Role:

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Perforce Software is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the tactical deployment of our digital efforts and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Own, lead, and collaborate with in-house team, external agencies, and key partners to deliver best-in-class results for all paid media programs.
  • Define performance & optimization processes, SLAs, and best practices across media channels, primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Strategize best practices for tracking, tagging, attribution, and measurement.
  • Continually optimize campaigns through A/B testing, ad formats, and various targeting to continuously improve performance and ultimately conversion.
  • Provide creative direction to continually enhance campaigns from historical insights gained.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle journey, ensuring the alignment of messaging across all channels.
  • Work proactively with marketing leadership to explore and identify ways to leverage traditional, digital, and social media to help support department campaigns, initiatives, goals, and objectives.
  • Build and maintain Marketing Campaign calendar.
  • Assist Marketing leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of similar marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills and ability to work to a timeline.
  • Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required.
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • The desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2B Software or Technology industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Project Management Tools is a plus.
