About the Role

Our client, a prominent Entertainment Company, is looking for a Brand Manager to become a vital part of their team in a contracted capacity. The Brand Manager will be responsible for steering product strategies across various categories, enhancing commercial site performance, and fostering marketing partnerships.

**This is a Hybrid Position (Monday - Thursday, Friday Work From Home)

**Contracted for 4 months (with potential for extension based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive product strategies across multiple categories.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of product requirements, customer demographics, and market trends to shape effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Location Strategy teams to facilitate quarterly kick-off and review sessions with Product Development teams.
  • Manage relationships with Site-specific Commercial and Marketing teams to leverage site initiatives and enhance merchandise commercialization.
  • Work alongside the Franchise team to devise strategies that support key franchise and partnership initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of performance metrics and trends to optimize business outcomes and inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless communication throughout the product development lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Merchandise or an analytical capacity.
  • Experience in Merchandising/Planning within a vertical specialty retail context.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse partners in commercial, marketing, planning, buying, and visual merchandising domains.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive revenue growth while upholding brand integrity.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong focus on executing financial plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a varied audience, including external partners and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in cultivating partnerships across different functions and departments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and provide fresh insights to the business.
