We are a leading commercial landscape maintenance company in Atlanta, serving the metro area and North Georgia. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Director of Business Development.
Job DescriptionThe Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
